Fourmative was founded in 1992 with the underlying principle that still stands today - the desire to truly make a difference. A difference that is created to solve issues, educate staff and managers alike, and enhance business and individual performance.
To do that, we employ experienced managers from within the industry and together with our structured training and consultancy process we deliver practical solutions that are of the highest quality, different and provide value for money. The impact of our effort has been greatly documented - by the individual, by our clients as well as their customers.
By concentrating our endeavor within the industry, credibility is high and our recommendations and advice have direct relevance. Whether we are running a training event or providing consulting support you can be confident that we will deliver a quality solution time after time.
We have achieved Investment in People status and are an IMI approved assessment centre so our clients can rest assured that we will do what ever is necessary to maximise the benefits of the agreed tasks.
Our experience has been accepted throughout the UK as well as in the international markets of Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia and North America. This adds to the vast store of experience and learning process of our staff.
Today, with our focus on World-Wide expansion including opening office in India and a hugely successful sixteen years behind us, we have an enviable reputation within a wide span of the Automotive business because of our employees' ability to 'get things done'.
