Sales Development Manager - Instant Feedback

Location:                   7 regions ~ South East, South West, East Anglia, Midlands, Wales, North and Scotland

Rate:                            Commission only, realistic earnings year 1 would be £20,000 with unlimited potential for the following year

Start Date:               To be confirmed

Job Type:                  Self Employed 12-Month rolling contract

Days per month: Flexible

Instant Feedback is a unique feedback system used by many Franchised Car Sales and Service Dealers within the UK and abroad.

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for supporting existing users of the system to help them get the maximum business benefit encouraging license renewal.  In addition, you will be responsible for the development of new business within a large regional territory.

To take on this role you would ideally have automotive Sales or Service experience gained within a franchised Dealership, be confident and professional in your approach.

In addition, we would require you to be:

  • Proactive, confident and self-motivated
  • Computer literate
  • A strong communicator and a confident presenter
  • Have strong coaching and training skills
  • Flexible

7 regional territories are available which are very large and provide a fantastic opportunity for a professional Sales Development Manager to earn a significant income from the renewal of existing accounts and the introduction of Instant Feedback to new businesses.

We will provide you with:

  • Full product training
  • iPad for product demonstrations
  • A sales presenter, support material, business cards
  • Instant Feedback Branded merchandise and clothing
  • Support to help convert National groups

These roles give individuals the opportunity and flexibility of working for themselves selling a proven product with real business potential within the Automotive sector.
