Fourmative achieve ATA Accreditation – Customer Service

We are delighted to announce successful accreditation for the development and delivery of ATA Customer Service.

After an extensive period of development and assessment Colin Gleghorn achieved the certification from awarding body IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry).

I am personally delighted to achieve the qualification as an ATA Assessor for Customer Service. I believe the assessment route towards personal development hold great credibility in our industry and proves that when staff require a true test of their capability there now exists an Assessment Centre event to measure and report on current standing and future training needs.
